Apparently new command structures are in place for more efficient ordering as all units received orders this season.

The war will continue as not consensus has been reached. Both draw proposals fail. No new proposals are on the table.

Rome and Carthage are on the march to seemingly meet the resurgent Persians. Greece suffers dramatic losses but Egypt holds on to fight another season.

There are no retreats. The fall 7 deadline will be Tuesday, February 21st at 4pm Eastern US time. Remember, if you mark your orders as FINAL i will run the turn before that if all orders are marked as such.
