Well the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, as Black and Yellow capture Snow and Cobalt, respectively, meaning their Red and Blue counterparts lose those same centers. In other news Red seems bent on inserting himself in the southern battle, sending both fleets and armies that way despite the Dark navy on his northern doorstep.

There is one retreat: Red A Snow may retreat to Cha, Hot, or OTB. That retreat and the winter adjustments (see below the adjudication) will be due this Wednesday, August 5, at 9 eastern, although as always I will adjudicate as soon as I have orders from all necessary parties.
