PREV  Fall 2000 Adjudication:  NEXT

Germany and Ukraine NMR, with the latter falling into civil disorder as a result. From now on all Ukrainian units will hold and will be disbanded if dislodged.

On the board Poland and Turkey take full advantage of the Ukrainian NMR, claiming 3 and 2 previously Ukrainian centers, respectively. Germany, on the other hand, receives some help during its internal turmoil and manages to hold onto its spring gains in Edi and Aus. Elsewhere Egypt claims its first non-African center by convoying to Rome and Italy takes back Serbia.

There is one retreat: Egyptian F Eme may retreat to Ale, Ana, Cai, Isr, Lbn, or OTB. This retreat and any Autumn press will be due tomorrow, Wednesday, October 3, at 9 pm eastern. Winter will follow on Friday.

There is a proposal for a Polish solo. Votes for this proposal are not due until the spring but feel free to submit them earlier.

Matt

Press #1:
ITALIAN PRESS - Fall 2000
To my friends: Thank you, if you came through. Sigh, if you did not. Sorry, to Egitto. The support was a bluff, but with luck it worked anyway.

Press #2:
Egypt to Poland: I'd like to move A Jor - Irk to support my assault on Turkey. I will not use that troop against Poland. Could you support that move during spring, assuming we bounce this fall.

Egypt to Italy: Sorry dude, but you are collapsing and I want a piece. I wish you had kept that army in Alb instead of the fleet in Pie ...

Egypt to Turkey: Game on!

Press #3:
Poland to Ukraine: I will do my best to keep you in the game, but the fear of another NMR and a new player is more than I could stomach.

Press #4:
turk to poland
Good luck to your expeditionary force, i will support where i can. Also, i assume we are dining on the same, with our friend now sadly absent

turk to egypt
....back ye to whence thy came, spawn of the replacement beast! (apreciated though it is)

Press #5:
Spain to France: Instruct me in autumn on support if you can, if I get to Auv.
Spain to England: Seville was a necessary precaution. Unsupported as you see.
Spain to Egypt: Thanks. Good decision I hope.
