Three different draw proposals on the table. First is for a german solo, second is for Germany and France, last is Russia, Italy, Turkey. Two retreats, each with one option so I autoretreated them. Please let me know if you want those removed off the board ASAP. Russia is away till the 15th so I will hold off on Winter until Tuesday the 17th, by 8pm us central. Please send a vote in on the draw proposals. If more than one receives unanimous approval, the proposal with the most parties will be the one advancing.
