PREV Winter 1907 Adjudication: NEXT

Ok guys I know it was a semi-short deadline to Monday, so I waited almost another full day before publishing results, but now I have to go despite two NAR's (no adjustments received). Remember by my house rules there are no granted extensions on adjustments and retreats, only on spring and fall turns. Thus England forfeits his build (although should he retain his sc count he will be allowed to build next winter) and Italy is forced to auto-disband F Ion as it is his only non-sc, non-home territory unit.

So as promised we move on to Spring 1908! Due this Friday, Dec. 7, at 9 pm eastern. Again it's a bit short but remember I'll always grant extensions to those who ask just a measly 24 hours in advance!
