Okay - there are a number of things here:

1. Italy retreated to Tyrolia

2. Russia did NOT send in his adjustment so I disbanded per the rules.

3. Spring 1908 orders are due 9/2 at 2000. This date was set taking into
account the Labor Day weekend in the USA.

4. The adjustments are:

England:
Build F Edinburgh
Build F London

Italy:
Remove F Adriatic Sea

Russia:
Remove A Livonia

Turkey:
Build F Smyrna
