PREV Winter 1907 Adjudication: NEXT

Hi everyone,

At least one player missed the deadline for builds for 'genuine' reasons, and all three remaining players agreed to allow the Winter 07 turn to be readjudicated with builds allowed. Therefore, I readjudicate the Winter build with the following builds:
