My apologies for not adjudicating until this morning, but I crashed hard last night.

The best way I can make sense of the board is to imagine that someone has declared a glorious race worth $100 million, and the winner is the first unit to reach Armenia (besides the Blurbian unit that is already stationed there).
Conversely, I can imagine that the board is actually being played on a real-life Diplomacy board... and somebody has tipped the entire board to the southeast corner.
Anyhow, the action this season features the Celts in Spain and Piedmont and Western Med. The DRE survives and convoys to Tuscany! Blurbia covers TyS and Ionian. Wu Tang and Zonotrichia and Were-Hamsters all cha cha down the Italian boot. And Were-Hamsters seize Bulgaria.

We have a renewal of the Celtic/Hamster 2-way draw -- please vote.

And the only retreat is an auto-retreat:
