Turkey has another strong year, and despite Germany's best intentions to put together a cohesive unit, the logistical difficulties may be proving too much to overcome. Britain grabs a few from France, and Italy surrenders Tripoli while the Sultan's forces march on Rome itself. And Russia has his doubts (see below).
