The Coalition has formed! France advances through Scandinavia and takes the Russian capital but the last chance to stop the French solo was grabbed as A/I/R all left each other's SCs. This does mean that France ends 1908 with fifteen centers - three short of the goal. Norway and Sweden are likely to fall, but Tunis is in play, and the possible wrench in the cog is a dislodged Russian fleet which may make for one of the most interesting retreat phases I've ever witnessed. I'm including the adjustments for reference but you may like to hold off on sending in builds & disbands until after the retreat is in. Said retreat will be due June 29th, 08:00 US-Eastern.
