Dear Players,

Thanks for your continued persistence.

We have a proposal for a DIAS (Draw Including All survivors) Having yet another NMR from Russia, I am wielding my arbitrary mouse of megalomania and declaring the nation in civil disorder, so the DIAS would include Austria, Italy and England.

Please let me know your votes for the proposal with your Fall 09 orders - the deadline for which is a little later than usual - 8pm GMT this Thursday. (I am having some work done on my laptop, so I hope there will be no further delyas - but will keep you all informed.)

Any NO vote negates the Dias proposal - any abstentions equals a YES vote!
