For Spring 1909, we saw action in Central and East Europe and a stalemate in the Mediterranean Sea. Meanwhile, the key province of Piedmont has been taken by the British, threatening Austrian hegemony over the Italian peninsula.

As for the votes, the votes of each individual will be shed under secrecy. But the results are as follows:

1. The proposal for Austria-England-Russia draw is hereby declared rejected for not reaching unanimous votes.

2. The proposal for English Solo is hereby declared rejected for not reaching unanimous votes.
