Heya folks, here are the results!

England:
Build A London
Build A Edinburgh

Germany:
Remove A Piedmont
Remove, F Baltic Sea

Italy:
Remove A Rome

Russia:
Build A Warsaw
Build A Sevastopol

There is also a DIAS proposal on the table. Currently Russia, Italy and Germany are in favour of this, as per their public votes.

Next deadline, for Spring 1910, April 9th 20:00 GMT. If I get two more yes-votes before that (from England and Austria) I will declare the game a DIAS. Failiure to vote or if a yes is changed to a no will result in a failed draw when I run spring 1910.
