I'm afraid that three of our players are leaving us at this point. Pete and Manolis have been eliminated. So long you guys, and thanks for playing the game. Better luck next time. And Reggie has closed down his email account and disappeared into the ether. Despite many attempts to contact him, and extending the deadline way beyond what is reasonable, these have come to naught. With regret, I'm removing Reggie from the game.

There are no retreats necessary. Therefore, the following adjustments are required:

Should none of these EGPs be carried, then I will adjudicate the builds and we shall continue. I shall attempt to find a replacement for Germany. If one cannot be found within a week, Germany will enter civil disorder and we shall continue at that point.

The deadline for the Winter 1910 adjustments and three EGP votes is Wednesday 29 August, 2000GMT.
