You'll not be surprised to hear, I suspect, that the EGP proposal has failed. Therefore, here's the moves:

England:
Build A London
Build A Edinburgh

Germany:
No build received

Italy:
Build A Rome

Russia:
Remove A Ukraine
Remove A Livonia

Reggie is now officially removed from the game. The Spring 11 deadline is Wednesday next, 5 September, 2000GMT, unless a replacement appears before then. If so, I'll give the replacement extra time. Otherwise, Germany will spend the rest of the game in civil disorder (i.e. no replacement, all units hold until dislodged).
