After a full decade of play, all I can say is that the relentless march of the Sino-Japanese alliance continues unabated. I admit I've wondered many times what might happen, but for now China returns to the top of the leader board. I still await Yeas or Nays on our draw proposals. They will expire at the end of Fall 1911.
Meanwhile, Spring 1911 orders are due 2nd May at 08:00 GMT.
Enjoy the decade-in-review below the adjustments.
