I'd also like to suggest speeding up the deadlines. If this is something you think you can commit to, let me know with your autumn moves. I'd run the deadlines along 'Blitz' lines - i.e. Monday spring, Tuesday summer, Thursday autumn, and Friday autumn retreats and winter in one (with conditional adjustments etc.).
