Hi everyone,

Sorry for the delay in getting Russia's retreat to you.

The retreat for Summer 1911 is:

F Constantinople - Smyrna

To remind you all, I'm not around for a week and a bit after this weekend. Therefore, we'll need to change the deadline structure slightly to allow the minimum disruption to our game. I'm proposing the following structure (all at 2100GMT as usual):

Autumn 11 Fri 24 Feb

Autumn retreats and Winter 11 Sat 25 Feb

Spring 12 Thu 8 Mar

(if necessary, Summer 12 retreats Fri 9 Mar)

Autumn 12 Mon 19 Mar

...and then back to normal. If anyone will find it too difficult to hit this structure then please let me know, and I'll think again.
