Interesting turn. 22 centers now belong to either France or Russia, as the latter appears to stab Austria, but support them into Berlin? Germany down to two and Italy continues to skip along happily.

We have one retreat, German F Hol. It could only go to Hel, so I auto retreated it there. John, it can go OTB if you want and you wouldn't if have to disband this turn. Let me know what you wanna do.

Assuming the retreat stays, here are the adjustments :

Austria: -1
France +2
Germany: -1
Italy: No change
Russia: +2

Finally, we have an EGP: Two way France - Russia draw. Get your votes to me before Spring 12, please.
