The Winter 1911 adjustments are due *simultaneously* with the Autumn 1911 retreats.Please get your retreats, and adjustments, to me by 2100GMT tomorrow, Sat 25 February. If you like, you can make your adjustments conditional upon the decision made by Daniel about his retreat.

To remind you all, I'm not around for a week and a bit after this weekend. Therefore, we'll need to change the deadline structure slightly to allow the minimum disruption to our game. I'm proposing the following structure (all at 2100GMT as usual):

Autumn retreats and Winter 11 Sat 25 Feb

Spring 12 Thu 8 Mar

(if necessary, Summer 12 retreats Fri 9 Mar)

Autumn 12 Mon 19 Mar

...and then back to normal.
