Hi All,

Here is the Winter adjudication.

Just a note on how I work with draws (The PIE is still up, remember) If I have "yes" votes from all active players before 48 hours before the deadline, then I will send out an email then and there saying that the draw has passed. If I get yes votes from all active players when there is less than 48 hours before the the deadline, then I will release the news of the proposal passing along with the final adjudication.

Deadline for Spring 1912 is in one week, Wednesday 24 May 17:00 NZST
