Hey guys... sorry about the map. I completely forgot to send it out. I do have most of your moves in. If we've got unanimous support for the draw by tonight, I'll send that out. However, if anyone votes against it, I'm going to delay us until Thursday, April 9, 2200GMT just in case moves need to change based on the new map.

Now, there is one other piece of business to which we need to attend as we move on to the fall. There has, once again, been a 4-way draw proposed between Mex, SAm, Rus and Per. Please vote yes or no with your fall moves.

Next Deadline:
Fall 2012 moves (with draw votes) are due Tuesday, April 7, 2200GMT. I'd have it earlier, but I don't have much time to adjudicate between now and then.
