Thanks to all for your patience. We had one set of late orders on Tuesday, and then I had a final exam and a presentation due today (grad school at the age of 40... not for the weak of heart... nor for the sound of mind...).

I think we can safely declare the Were-Hamster solo bid "thwarted" barring unforeseen turns of the screw. But apparently, we have yet to negotiate a fully satisfactory peace. As always, the name of the game is the same: five yes votes are required... or else you have to narrow the field of voters to a more 'passable' number.

It is another inconsequential year in most places. Indeed, only a few Celtic units move at all... and one Were-Hamster must retreat.

John, the fleet in Denmark may retreat to Baltic Sea, Sweden, or off the board.
