While diplomats frantically review their dog-eared copies of "The Art of Negotiation", Celtic Nation proudly reclaims the British Isles for the Irish.

There is one retreat/disband, and otherwise, we're off to Fall 1913.

There are currently no end-of-games proposals submitted. Or else, as usual, I've overlooked them. Either way, it's official: no proposals.

I am setting the Fall deadline for... I think it's January 5th. But if I get FINAL orders from all players, I will of course adjudicate early. If it's convenient to my schedule.
