Egypt is now returned to Turkish rule, as it was before the surprise attack around Africa, but the damage may have been done. I will now institute a time limit; if no supply centre has changed hands in two years (by Winter 1914), the game will be a DIAS draw by default. There is no proposal to vote on at the moment, as far as I can recall, and so we'll proceed. Winter can be done rather quickly, I believe. Let's set the deadline at 20:00 GMT, 18 June? It's only eleven hours, but it's flexible.
