Remember how crowded the Western Mediterranean was, not long ago? Those were the days. A "massive volcanic event" caused the sinking of eight Japanese fleets and the decimation of two Austrian armies. China, meanwhile, now faces a potentially long road to get just three more centres. Soon enough, we will see if the solo can be attained, but for now there are two EGPs which require your votes.

EGP №1: China solo.
EGP №2: China/Germany 2-way draw.

The deadline for both votes is the end of Winter 1914.
Spring 1914 orders are due 13 June. Time TBD.*
