PREV  Winter 1908 Adjudication:  NEXT

Sorry for the latest delay guys - I ended up heading off to Vegas for most of this past week and didn't have internet. Russia builds an army in Sevastopol and Germany disbands his units in the Baltic Sea and Finland. No build came in from Austria, so that is waived.

We also have our first end-game proposal (remember any active player can submit an end-game proposal at any time). This proposal is for a 4-way draw (share of the victory) between Austria, France, Germany, and Russia. England and Italy would record survivals. A proposal is shot down with just a single no vote. Please submit your votes with your Spring 1909 orders, which will be due this coming Tuesday, June 7, at 9 pm. And let me know if you have questions about end-game proposals since I know most of you are new to PBEM diplomacy.

Matt
