And three houses, by way of a successful DIAS vote, have indeed won! Congratulations are in order for the following:

-Max of House Martell, the First of His Name, the King on the Iron Throne, Protector of the Realm, and Warden of the South.
-Nathan of House Greyjoy, Lord of Pyke, Warden of the North, and Warden of the West.
-Mike of House Targaryen, Lord of Dragonstone, Warden of the East, and Conqueror of the Free Cities.

First of all, I want to thank all 7 of you for participating in this initial playtest of my variant. Coming up with a variant is one thing - making a good one to actually play is quite another, and this game yielded quite a bit of great information on that front. Again thanks to those who forwarded messages and wrote commentary for me - I found them immensely entertaining and informative. Also, thank you for your patience as my GMing fell of the cliff a bit towards the end - I once more sincerely apologize for that, and hope it didn't ruin the game for anyone.

I would really appreciate it if everyone could take the time to write an EOG statement of whatever level of detail you feel is possible - anything about the game, including what you were thinking, what tactics you employed, thoughts on the variant, etc. will be most welcome I will also write one myself after I get a chance to go back through all the notes and forwarded messages and commentary from throughout the game.
