I also overlooked one small detail from last turn: France did not fully occupy Holland, but overran it in pursuit of Kiel, ergo the adjustments have changed from what I previously stated. The Turkish A Smyrna retreats to Ankara. Get those builds in by 9:00pm CDT on 22 Oct, or 03:00 on 23 Oct, and I will make sure to go to a cafÃ© with WiFi on the 23rd.
