Changes of government in Italy and Germany bring about some dramatic shifts in power. France finds the new Kaiser very much to his liking and takes up new positions at sea. English troops in Belgium fall to a surprise attack as, to the south, the Archduke is totally overwhelmed as Italian and Turkish troops go on the offensive. Does he have a friend in the Tsar, who orders troops into Budapest?

A very dramatic season there as Italy and Turkey took a bit of a punt on Austria leaving a centre open and found that he did. As a result Austria is almost eliminated from the game.

There was one retreat as the English A Belgium was dislodged. I have moved it to Picardy as the only open space. As England has a disband to order the other option of retreating OTB can easily be applied. The full list of adjustments is:
