We have the retreat from England, so on to Fall 1907.
I also received an End of Game proposal. This is a way to end the game with a certain outcome, but all the remaining players need to agree for it to work. The proposal is a Draw between Italy and Russia. A Draw in this case means that Italy and Russia would be considered tied - winning the game. The other remaining players would be listed as "surviving", while Germany and Austria would still be listed as "eliminated".
I need a vote with your Fall 1907 orders from only the 5 remaining players. A "Yes" vote means that you agree that Italy and Russia wins and the game should be over. If any player votes No, or any player does not submit a vote then the proposal does not pass. I still haven't heard from Phil, so if he does not respond, we would keep playing. (At that point, we would need to decide to abandon France or replace Phil) If the proposal does pass, the game would be over ending with our Summer moves. Fall 1907 would not be processed.
