Hi Hugh,
We do not know who voted which way but we do know that Poul didn't submit orders so it couldn't have passed regardless.
I propose we vote again in the Spring (Monday).

Hugh,Just to clarify only a few GMs ever allow a vote count. I, as a GM, do not because I consider them secret and I have witnessed using voting as a part of the game in the opposite manner. WB rules

Well This is Crappie! In traditional vote GM would reveal how many yes/No voteswere received for each proposal but not a person's vote. This made forcinga vote a useful tool in some situations!&n
