So, what I'm looking for are:

Retreats:
Austria's F Constantinople may retreat to Black Sea or OTB
Russia's A Galicia may retreat to Bohemia, Ukraine, or OTB

Adjustments:
Austria: 1 build (pending retreat)
Germany: 1 build

This looked wrong so I set it up and ran the resolution. Austria should take Galicia, forcing a retreat (which I planned and really need :-[ ) .
