The vote to restart the game received 3 NO votes and therefore fails. We have a new Italy who has agreed to be a replacement. Let us hope this 4th complication in the game is the last. Problem with the deep-frying is that the antlers get all crispy. We use a lot of maple syrup gravy though..

Andrew, thanks for updating the map for everyone! I am on a public computer very briefly today, so I'm basically just monitoring the gameflow until I get back to a normal schedule on Wednesday. I'll attempt to post the map on the DC website, but I won't guarantee that I can do that from here.

DC123 - Chosokabe Down - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
Hi guys,

First off, apologies for being somewhat behind this weekend. It being Thanksgiving up here has somewhat reduced my connection time. Thank you all for the patience.

However, looks as though I'm going to need to ask for just a little bit more. David of the Chosokabe has been in touch and has let me know that he will have to resign his position. I will seek out a replacement immediately and hopefully the game won't be delayed too long.

Thanks everyone,

Trout

Caribou is way too sophisticated for our neighbors to the East. Try Scottish style cooking--deep fried Snicker and Thrice fried hashbrowns with fatback and boiled peas...

At least they serve ice cold Kokanees...huge plus.

I climbed a peak called Hoodoos in Kotenei in BC with a couple of women from Edmonton and picnicked atop with what they represented as Canadian delicacies: fried cheese (I think it was Velveeta), boiled (yes boiled) steak, medium boiled eggs and Twinkies--with everything but the Twinkies dipped in miracle Whip. Although it was FAR better than the deep fried Snickers you get at the Indiana state fair, the corn dogs at the Nebraska state fair and the shrimp and peanut butter sandwiches (on white bread) at Big Blow's in Hardeeville, SC.

DC 114 Adjudication Correction - test_gm   (Sep 13, 2007, 12:00 am)
Russia has correctly pointed out that his submitted orders sent his Army in Warsaw to Silesia and not Galacia. I mis-copied his order. The new GIF is up on the website. This order has the change to the game of Germany's Army in Munich stays in Munich as opposed to entering Galacia. I will extend the time for Germany and Italy to submit their retreats 24 hours if they need it. My apologies.
