I climbed a peak called Hoodoos in Kotenei in BC with a couple of women from Edmonton and picnicked atop with what they represented as Canadian delicacies: fried cheese (I think it was Velveeta), boiled (yes boiled) steak, medium boiled eggs and Twinkies--with everything but the Twinkies dipped in miracle Whip. Although it was FAR better than the deep fried Snickers you get at the Indiana state fair, the corn dogs at the Nebraska state fair and the shrimp and peanut butter sandwiches (on white bread) at Big Blow's in Hardeeville, SC.
