A rocky start for Turkey as he did not submit orders. His units hold. Onward march.
As a side note, I do not like to do weekend adjudications. Except for some very rare circumstances, we will do condition builds based on any pending retreats from the fall retreat phase (if necessary).
For example, say Austria has a retreat from Vienna. If Austria retreats to an available Tyrolia, Russia may want a different build than if Austria retreated to an available Galacia. So, for those builds, Russia would put down the following as an example:

Well - due to my second laptop implosion in two weeks, I went out and bought a new Mac today. As a side note, I do not like to do weekend adjudications. Except for some very rare circumstances, we will do condition builds based on any pending retreats from the fall retreat phase (if necessary).
For example, say Austria has a retreat from Vienna. If Austria retreats to an available Tyrolia, Russia may want a different build than if Austria retreated to an available Galacia. So, for those builds, Russia would put down the following as an example:
Build A WAR (if Vie retreats to GAL)
Build F Sev (if Vie retreats to TYR)
