Well - due to my second laptop implosion in two weeks, I went out and bought a new Mac today. So far I'm liking it, but am learning everything all over. *sigh* Anyways, you'll notice a slight format change here - I'm just copying and pasting from RealPolitik rather than use my previous format. We have an E/F draw proposal on the table. Please vote for this with your Fall 1912 orders on Thursday. Prior to that, however, we have one Russian retreat from Galicia which will be due tomorrow evening at 11:59 PM GMT. (Tuesday, March 25th).

One note about the draw vote. This Spring makes Spencer's third major season NMR in a row. If Spencer NMR's in the Fall, Turkey's vote will be automatically counted as a YES for the draw.
