By my estimates: 9 pm Thursday March 27, 2008 in Australian EST converts to 6 am Thursday March 27, 2008 in American EST.

Sorry for the delay on my end guys, I got the final adjudication in and then my life got complicated.
Then i had to understand the map (gee does that seem complicated or what?)
