Dc154 Winter 1903.

Sorry for the delay on my end guys, I got the final adjudication in and then my life got complicated.
Then i had to understand the map (gee does that seem complicated or what?)

Here are the winter 190 adjustments.

Build A Peking (VOID - Peking is occupied)

Remove F Gulf of Lyon
Remove F South Atlantic Ocean

Germany:
