First of all, my apologies for being away yesterday afternoon, our legislature was working on a huge supplemental spending bill, my portion of which was nearly $1.8 billion! In a sign that government can move quickly when it wants to, not only has the bill passed, our Governor signed it into law today. Thanks to Mike Sims for taking care of the fall 1901 adjudication while I was away.

Don't forget that the winter 1901 adjustments are due very shortly, at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT. That's only 10 minutes away! I have not received build orders from at least one player. Since I was the one absent yesterday, I'll be a bit generous with the grace period, but please don't wait too long.
