Attired In flowered shirts, Bermuda shorts, white socks, black shoes and armed with maps and tourist brochures thousands of Polish nationals have flocked to Kiev to enjoy the the sites and night life of this historic city. While acknowledging the difficulties in accommodating such an influx of tourists a rather frazzled Mayor of Kiev was still able to state with a smile that, "they (the Poles) were a shot in the arm to the city's tourism industry."

A&E 090205 / DC240: The Spring 1766 Retreat season has been adjudicated. We also have some press from St Petersburg. The deadline for the Fall 1766 season is Thu, Apr 9th.

PRESS #1: Russian
Russian Press: Dateline: St. Petersburg: The gloating of the Russian sailors over watching the Swedes retreat from Russian soil was tempered by their fury over the treaty of the fleet of the Duchy of Courland. "What, those idiots supported the Swedes? We will teach them a thing or too, but not this season," the admiral barked as his fleet retreated once more back into St. Petersburg.
