Well, builds are done. The only truly interesting thing here is
Germany. Since he NMRd, His disbands are Hel, Pru, and, most notably
Swe, since they are farthest away from home centers. This means that
Jason's only remaining army is in Tyrolia, so no, this was not an
error. Anyway, spring 04 is due Monday the 20th at 6:00 ET. Get those
orders in!
