As the white knights of the West do combat mortal with the black knights of the East, it does appear that the black knights are landing more and better blows. With the usual result that the Germans suffer.
There are no retreats, because Germany flees before the advancing Russian fleets (or was it a strategic redisposition to Holland?). Surely, both sides will look at the results and say, "If only we had..." Also, the French guess wrong in the south (the weak link was the Turkish fleet in the Ionian!), so everything stands still there. Well, except for that Turkish army in Apulia.
I cannot promise any twists or turns in the Fall. But I would advise you to expect blood.
Orders due on Thursday.
