Howdy! St. Petersburg falls to the English, While Russia compensates
with the capture of Budapest from Italian forces, which also loose
Tunis. We also see some major reshuffling in the med. Our two
retreats, Tunis and Tyrrhenian can only go to Ionian and West Med,
respectively, so they are now there. Fall '05 shall be due on thursday
