But I like being "off the hook". I am also the "shizzle" and the "bomb-diggity" for those scoring at home.

Greetings Fellow DC246 Participants,

The Übermensch are not pleased with me. I should not have said you are off the hook. They do not like my use of Dave Chappelle-like slang. It was the worst thing they'd ever heard.

Again, I apologize for calling all the players in DC "off the hook". I retract that, and say, only the players playing Austria and Turkey in my game are "off the hook".

We say farewell not only to Germany, but also to Russia, as the remaining Russian centers are split among three rival powers. Thanks to Babak and Pintoski for playing!

Elsewhere, Turkey foils Italy's attempt to retake Tunis, as France surrounds Tunis with fleets. France marches into Holland, and Italy convoys to Albania.

The only dislodged units belong to Russia, but since the Tsar has lost all his centers, I'll order the retreat from St. Petersburg OTB so we can move directly to winter adjustments. All the surviving players get to participate:
Austria: build 1
England: build 1
France: build 1
Italy: remove 1
Turkey: build 2

Winter 1905 adjustments will be due tomorrow, Friday 5/1 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT. Please be sure to cc: the Orders box - I will be out of town tomorrow afternoon, so one of our esteemed Tournament Directors will be taking care of the adjudication. I will be back Monday for the spring 1906 moves.
