In Spite of an Earlier Issue and His Heart Not Being
in It Anymore.England/Turkey Taken for a Ride? Orders Seem
to Indicate Such.Turkey Suffers as a Result BUT England
Manages to Stay Whole.Austria Takes Two Italian Centers to
Be Tops With 11.France Scrambles in Defense and Breaks Even.
Germany Holds On By Cutting a Deal With Russia Who Looks
Very Strong After an Early Misstep.

F Bul(sc) can retreat to Con or OTB.F Nwy can retreat to
NWG or BAR or OTB.
These retreats also impact the adjustments for Winter which
