Folks,
It's been brought to my attention that the map has a Russian fleet in the Baltic, despite the invalid order that I noted in the adjudication text. I'd like to clarify that the unit was illegally ordered, and therefore disbanded. I thought I corrected the map before I sent it out, but I was wrong. I will send out the correct map after the winter results. For now, just put your thumb over the Baltic and squint when consulting your map.
