Folks,
I'm happy to announce that we have a new France, Charlie Welsh. I've already asked him to get me the French disband as soon as possible, so hopefully I'll be able to send out the adjudication soon. Once I do, we'll be back on track (I hope.) Please, guys, no more NMR?
