Well that sucks. I've enjoyed playing with you gents, I hope we meet again in a new game.

OK, it’s bad news gentlemen.
The deadline has passed. I have received orders from just 2 players (France and Germany), but votes on the game end proposal from 3 ( 2 votes for a DIAS and 1 against). I am guessing that other players have voted with their feet, or their emails to both of my addresses have disappeared into the void (which I consider highly unlikely).
I have decided that this game is null and void. Clearly some strange technical issues have come into play and have hopelessly compromised the game. I deeply regret this as DC251 was shaping up nicely. Thanks for your time and interesting play. Sorry that it has had to end like this.
Best wishes
Simon
