So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Both of the units dislodged during the fall avail themselves of their only valid retreats. In the winter, England builds another fleet, Turkey raises another army, while Austria's admiralty is sent out to pasture.

We have an endgame proposal again, this time a DIAS. Please vote on the DIAS along with your spring 1913 orders, which are due Monday 6/22 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT. As always, prelims are strongly encouraged!
